We opened our doors in 1964, making us the oldest bonding company in the state. Our founder, Jan Jordan, has been a practicing bondsman longer than any other agent in Oklahoma. And our underwriter, International Fidelity Insurance Co., is the oldest underwriter in existence in America.

Our philosophy is simple: we’re about making it as painless as possible for people to get through a difficult time. Our clients and their families have the assurance of knowing we’ll be there 24/7, to provide expert advice, free bail information and warrant checks, and easy credit. We accept all major credit and debit cards. And through our affiliations, we can provide service in every state that allows commercial bail, including Puerto Rico.

Jordan Bonding Company opened for business in 1964 in the historic Severs Hotel in downtown Muskogee. The company became a general agent three years after its founding, with bondsmen throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. Our longtime affiliation with International Fidelity Insurance and its sister companies, Allegheny and Associated Bonding, the largest and oldest underwriters of bail in the United States, enables us to arrange for bail in all states that allow for commercial bail, including Puerto Rico, with just a phone call.

In the nearly fifty years since the company opened its doors, founder Jan Jordan has amassed a base of knowledge unrivaled by any bondsman in Oklahoma. Jan’s expertise is so extensive that law and policy makers including three Oklahoma Attorneys General, a Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and numerous other officials have solicited his input in drafting legislation governing the bonding business. It is no exaggeration to say that many of the laws currently in effect were framed based on his veteran advice.
